I suggest bringing your own hard disk, connecting it and using a restriction free machine.

You must start displaying the number of hits to the article... i guess a number of people who read your article are in office and dont want to spend the extra 3min to type a comment. A 'read count' would show the popularity of the coloumn.

@Rohit, Shankar and everyone else who wants to know what to do when your USB ports are disabled:

Well as long as you have a CD drive on your machine and the ability to unzip you still stand a chance of installing these portable apps.

If you have no USB ports and no internet connection then take a bank CD and head to your nearest netcafe. Download all the portable apps you need. Burn them onto your disc. And then load it into your machine.

If you don't have a working CD drive either... then contact the National Human Right Commission and tell them of your working conditions.

And what happens if the Laptop you've been given by yr employer has USB ports disabled ? And yr access to the internet is limited, so that you can't go to PA websites to download them.
(There are companies like these out there guys ... infact its pretty commonplace in some Big companies to disable USB ports and limit internet access !!)

Like Sidin said, you don't even need a pendrive if you have internet. You can just download the files and unzip them.

OMG! Where the hell were you 3 months back when I was interning and the office PC wouldn't even let me have Yahoo Messenger!?!?!? 3 months of disconnect from friend in YM has cost me so much! :|
